Nature’s Own Valerian Forte 2000mg contains Valerian which is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine as a nervous system relaxant.

Ingredients:
Valeriana officinalis dry root extract 500mg, from 2g dry root (Valerian)
No Added Gluten, lactose, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners, or dairy products.
Usage Directions:
Adults: Take 2 capsules 30 minutes before going to bed or as recommended by your health professional.
