- Welcome to Mail Order Pharmacy Website. mailorderpharmacy.com.au provides its services to you subject to the notices, terms, and conditions set forth in this agreement (the “Agreement”). In addition, when you use any mailorderpharmacy.com.au service (e.g., Customer Reviews), you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such services, and they are incorporated into this Agreement by this reference. mailorderpharmacy.com.au reserves the right to change this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

Use of Site:
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or visiting the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, mailorderpharmacy.com.au hereby grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to access and use the Site by displaying it on your internet browser only for the purpose of shopping for personal items sold on the Site and not for any commercial use or use on behalf of any third party, except as explicitly permitted by mailorderpharmacy.com.au in advance. Any breach of this Agreement shall result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this paragraph without notice to you. . - Shipping & Delivery
- For orders under $140 in value we charge $7.49 for Australian delivery. This is the total cost of delivery, regardless of how many items you order. The vast majority of orders (over 90%) are despatched either on the same working day or the following working day. A signature may be required on receipt. Our standard delivery option includes packaging, handling and Australia Pos delivery postal costs.
For orders that weigh 30kg or more (and for every subsequent 30kgs) there is an additional handling charge of $13.49 per 30kg. All other delivery conditions apply as above. - For orders over $139 in value and weighting less than 3kg we offer free delivery. Australian delivery only.
- All orders are tracked; but we only insure orders that have been registered.
- Please allow 3-7 working days for all orders to be processed and shipped.
- If you have any special instructions for the delivery driver, please leave details in the comments section of the checkout.

When ordering a ‘Pharmacy Only’ medicine, we do require you speak to a pharmacists before we are able to dispatch your order. Your order will be delayed until you have been counselled by one of our pharmacists and approved for dispatch.

- Our Customer Service representatives determine eligibility for refunds and exchanges once customers have contacted us and explained their reason for return. Returning packages without prior approval from Customer Service will halt or delay your return.
All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging. Requests to return items due to quality issues, damage during shipping, color/style/size error or allergic reaction from use must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for other reasons. - Prescriptions
- In Australia, some medicines are available only on prescription because doctors and other health professionals need to check that you really need them — and advise you on how to take them safely. Some medicines can have side effects and can interact with each other, as well.
We don’t sell prescription medication online. Please email copy of your Doctor’s prescription to med@mailorderpharmacy.com.au. We will let you know once your mediation is ready for pick up.

- Viewing Orders
- The View Orders window displays the status, shipping, work order, purchasing (for internal sales orders), and invoicing information for orders, returns, and internal sales orders. You can use the View Orders window to view detailed information about all shipments made on an order, including quantity and date shipped, freight carrier, and waybill number. You can also use the View Orders window to view the current cycle status of an order, its lines. Invoice and payment information can also be viewed for each order..
- Updating Account Information
- You can update your online account profile information anytime, just log into the Member Center .
