Nature’s Own Complete Sleep contains two key ingredients that are naturally derived.
Lactium is a bioactive peptide derived from milk that relieves symptoms of stress, a common cause of sleeping difficulty.
Ziziphus is a herb that has been used in traditional Chinese medicine to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and calm the nerves.
Ingredients:
Alpha casozepine enriched hydrolysed milk protein (Lactium®) 75mg
Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa dry seed extract
450mg, from 4.5g dry seed (Spine Date)
No added gluten, artificial colours or flavours or artificial sweeteners.
Usage Directions:
Adults: Take 2 capsules a day 30 minutes before going to sleep. If woken from sleep during the night, 1 additional capsule can be taken.
Storage:
Store below 30°C, in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
