Add it to your yogurt or pop it into your cooking. You won’t even notice it’s there. Non thickening, grit free powder. Sugar free. Tasteless, flavour free. Dissolves completely in beverages and soft foods. 100% derived from wheat, purified into wheat dextrin, making it gluten free.
Directions for Use
Recommended Daily serving:
12 years to Adult-1 stick pack, 3 times daily.
4 to 11 years-1/2 stick pack, 3 times daily.
Stir benefiber powder into at least half a cup of any beverage or soft food (hot or cold) until the powder has dissolved. 2 teaspoons contain 3 grams of soluble fibre.
