The AccuChek Aviva blood glucose test strips help determine blood sugar levels in your body and are designed for use with the AccuChek Aviva monitor only. They determine the blood glucose levels & give you a reading when used with the Aviva monitor.

Usage Directions

1. Insert an Accu-Chek Aviva test strip into the meter, the meter will turn on automatically.

2. Use the lancing device (for single patient use only) to prick the side of a fingertip. Gently squeeze the fingertip to produce a small drop of blood.

3. Touch the drop of blood to the tip of the test strip—do not apply to top of the strip. The Accu-Chek Aviva test strip fills quickly and easily with only a tiny, 0.6 microlitre drop of blood.

4. A flashing hourglass lets you know when enough blood has been applied. Your result will appear in the display.

Store in a clean and dry place. Every time you start to use a new box of test strips, make sure to calibrate your meter. Check the strips are within their expiry date. Make sure to wash and dry your hands before testing. Do not squeeze your finger when taking a blood drop sample.
