Made with 9 different herbs and vegetables that have a very nutritious boost of ingredients, The Broth Sisters vegetable stock concentrate has no preservatives, trans fats & fillers. This stock does not contain onion or garlic and is therefore a suitable choice for people on a low fodmap diet. This product is generally used as a replacement for supermarket stock and it may help reduce symptoms associated with digestive disorder; gas, bloating & stomach cramps.

This vegetable stock concentrate by the Broth Sisters, is clean, green and made up of all natural, locally farmed ingredients. It is made to be used as an alternative option to standard dehydrated powders and liquid stocks available in supermarkets. It is versatile, goes with most cuisines & adds flavour to your favourite foods.

Makes 7 litres

Directions for Use:

Simply add 1 tsp to 250 mL of  hot water for a full flavoured stock or add a few tsps directly to your favourite casseroles, stir-fries and sauces. You may also like to use it in soups, veggie stews, risottos or when preparing grains.

Ingredient:

Celery, carrot, tomato, zucchini, Mount Zero Pink Lake salt, extra virgin olive oil, bay leaf, sage, rosemary, parsley, chives (green tips only).
