This high strength Bisolvon Pholcodine dry forte cough liquid provides up to 8 hours relief from stubborn, dry, tickly coughs. High strength Bisolvon enables the convenience of up to 8 hours dosing. Furthermore, because you use less per dose, you get more days of therapy per bottle than other less-concentrated pholcodine based 200mL dry cough products.
Can be used in the day or at night. This medicine may cause drowsiness or dizziness in some people, which may continue the following day. If you have any of these symptoms, do not drive or operate machinery.
Usage directions
Children over 12 years of age:
2.5mL, three to four times daily when necessary.
Adults:
3.75mL, three to four times daily when necessary.
Measuring cup included
Store below 25°C.
Ingredients
Contains the active ingredient Pholcodine (4mg per mL). It is available in a 200mL bottle and comes in a pleasant tasting peach flavour. Sugar free, gluten free and lactose free.
Warnings
Do not give Bisolvon Pholcodine Dry Forte Oral Liquid to a child under the age of 12 years. Do not take this medicine after the expiry date printed on the pack or if the packaging is torn or shows signs of tampering. If it has expired or is damaged, return it to your pharmacist for disposal. If you are not sure whether you should start taking this medicine, talk to your pharmacist or doctor. Your pharmacist or doctor will discuss the risks and benefits of using Bisolvon Pholcodine Dry Forte Oral Liquid when pregnant.
