Salt tablets are used for the treatment of salt deficiency due to severe sweating, fluid and electrolyte imbalances and other conditions.
Hard work, exercise or when you are in the hear for an extended period of time can result in salt loss due to heavy sweating. Salt tablets are used to increase sodium levels in the body such as after heavy sweating.
Usage directions:
The recommended daily dose of salt tablets contains 944mg – 3.5g of sodium.
Take one tablet at a time with a glass of water.
Light work: 4-6 tablets per day.
Heavy work: 12-15 tablets per day.
