Overview
Remifemin sleep has been formulated by the maker of Remifemin, the German plant-based medicine specialists Schaper & Brümmer, to address the sleep problems experienced by menopausal women. Sleep by Remifemin has extracts of three plants used in traditional European medicine as sedatives (Valeriana officinalis, Melissae officinalis and Humulus lupulus), which have been concentrated and combined in each Sleep tablet to provide a therapeutic dose of the actives extracted from each plant.
Directions for Use
Take 2 tablets half an hour to an hour before going to bed. In extreme cases of sleeplessness (especially whencaused by anxiety) take 2 tablets 2-3 times per day.
Ingredients
Active substances: 1 Coated Tablet Contains; 75 mg dry extract of Valeriana officinalis in a drug to extract ratio as 5-6:1, the extractant is ethanol 70% (V/V). 23 mg dry extract of Humulus lupulus in a drug to extract ratio as 4-8:1, the extractant is methanol 40% (V/V). 45 mg dry extract of Melissa officinalis in a drug to extract ratio as 4-6:1, the extractant is water. Contains sugars. beeswax – white, carmellose sodium, carnauba wax, cellulose – microcrystalline, glucose – liquid, indigo carmine, maltodextrin, polysorbate 80, povidone, PVP/VA copolymer, shellac, silica – colloidal anhydrous, starch – maize, stearic acid, sucrose, talc – purified, titanium dioxide.
