Remifemin, has been specially formulated to help deal with symptoms of peri-menopause, menopause and post-menopause. This naturally derived formula, helps with symptoms like hot flushes, night sweats, mood swings, irritability and sleeplessness.
Remifemin Sleep: Remifemin sleep. May help encourage calmness, restfulness, support the onset of sleep and healthy sleep quality. It has been used traditionally to help people who suffer from nervous restlessness (daytime) and/or insomnia/poor sleep quality (night time)

Ingredients
Native extract concentrate (DER 6-11:1) from Actaea racemosa rhizome 2.5mg, equivalent dry 21.25mg, extraction solvent isopropyl alcohol 40% (V/V), Concentration ratio 8:5:1. Contains lactose.
Remifemin Sleep: Each tablet contains extracts equivalent to dried – Valeriana officinalis (412.5mg) Humulus lupulus (138mg) and Melissa officinalis (225mg). Contains sugars.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children, please consult your healthcare practitioner before taking this medication. In very rare cases black cohosh has been associated with liver failure. If you experience yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain and/or loss of appetite, stop using this product and see your doctor.
