Ingredients:

Natural Fish Oil 1000mg (1g), equivalent to Omega-3 Marine Triglycerides 300mg

No added gluten, lactose, sugar, artificial colours, artificial sweeteners, or dairy products.

Usage Directions:

Adults: 

• For mild rheumatic pain: take 3 capsules three times daily with food
• For heart, brain & eye health: take 3 capsules two times daily with food
• For general wellbeing: take 3 capsules daily with food

Store below 30°C, in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
