Lifestream Barley Grass imparts an alkaline residue once digested and can help to nourish and balance your system. Lifestream Barley Grass is gluten free and can be used by coeliacs (people allergic to gluten or wheat products). Directions for Use
Serving size: 2g (1 rounded teaspoon)
Add to juice or water or stir into food after cooking. To make a fruit smoothie, add to a blender 3 cups of your favourite fruit juice, 3 rounded teaspoons of Lifestream Barley & Wheat Grass powder and 1 banana and blend until smooth (makes three servings).
Adults: 1 rounded teaspoon daily with food. More can be taken as desired.
Children (5-15 years): A generous 1/2 teaspoon daily with food.
