Directions for Use

Adults: Take 1.35 g ( of a 5.0 g metric teaspoon) in water or fruit juice daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Not suitable for children under two years of age without medical advice. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
