Overview
Blackmores Valerian Forte is specifically designed to help reduce the time taken to fall asleep, allowing you to wake refreshed with no associated morning drowsiness. Helps relieve disturbed sleep patterns. Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to aids relaxation. Allows you to wake refreshed.
Directions for Use
Adults – take one tablet 30 minutes to an hour before bedtime, or when experiencing insomnia.
Children under 12 – only as professionally prescribed.
