Formulated specifically for kids from 3 months to 5 years, Vicks Baby Balsam’s calming fragrances of eucalyptus, rosemary and lavender gently calm, soothe & relax your baby. Vicks Baby Balsam has Aloe extract and dermatological approval for baby use to help keep this baby ointment gentle even on delicate infant skin.
Directions for Use
If your baby is restless and miserable because of the sniffles, try rubbing a dab of Vicks Baby Balsam on your own chest. Then, as you hold your child close against your body , your warmth will release the soothing aromas, helping your baby to relax and relieving their discomfort.
Try a ‘love heart’ massage on your baby’s chest. Warm your hands and rub a small dab of Vicks Baby Balsam on your fingertips, then place both hands on your baby’s chest. With fingers flat, stroke up the sternum, around the top of the chest, out to the shoulders, down to the base of the ribs and back to the bottom of your baby’s sternum, making a heart shape (repeat this several times as long as your baby is enjoying it).
