Usage directions:
Adults & children 12 years and over: Suck or chew 1-2 tablets. Repeat as required. Do not exceed 11 tablets per day.

Each tablet contains: Calcium carbonate 680mg, Magnesium carbonate hydrate 80mg
Storage:
Store below 30°C.
