Poly-tears lubricating eye drops have been formulated to provide soothing relief from the symptoms associated with dry, irritated eyes. Common causes for dry eyes include wind, sun, heating/air conditioning, computer use/reading, and certain medications.
This formula compliments natural tears to lubricate, protect the eye from injury and infection, and to relieve irritation, grittiness and burning which may result from an inadequate natural tear film or exposure to wind or sun.
Poly-Tears may be used for rewetting of all soft (hydrophilic) and rigid gas permeable contact lenses, including daily, extended wear, and disposable, to relieve discomfort and minor irritation or blurring, which may be caused by wearing contact lenses.
Usage directions:
Instil 1 or 2 drops in the eye(s) as required or as directed by your doctor.
To avoid contamination, be careful not to touch the dropper or top of the ointment tube or let it touch your eye. Always replace the cap tightly after each use.
Discard container 4 weeks after opening.
Ingredients:
Duasorb (Hypromellose 3 mg/mL And Dextran 70 1 mg/mL). Preservative: POLYQUAD) (Polyquaternium-1) 0.011 mg/mL.

Store below 25° C.

If you experience headache, eye pain, persistent eye discomfort, excessive tearing, vision changes or redness of the eye or if the condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours, remove any contact lenses, discontinue use of the eye drops and consult your eye care practitioner. Do not use if you are sensitive to any ingredient in this product. Sterile until opened. Keep out of reach of children.
