PuraNox anti snoring spray reduces the vibrations of the soft tissue at the back of the throat by actively tightening and lubricating the tissues during the night.
A slight temporary tingling sensation might be felt when PuraNox is sprayed at the back of the throat.

Puranox instructions
- Squeeze the red clip between thumb and index finger and click it off by moving the clip slightly upwards and then by pulling it back
- Sit upright. Tilt your head backwards. Position the applicator between teeth and lips: teeth in front of the rim and lips behind the rim.
- Press the lever with one finger for 1 sec. A proper dose will be sprayed directly to the back of your throat. You might feel a slight tingling sensation at the back of your throat.
- Keep the liquid at the back of your throat for 10 seconds before swallowing it.
- After use, clean the applicator and spray opening with a cloth.
- After use you can block the lever with the red clip
- Do not eat or drink after administration.

- People with allergies should check the list of ingredients and consult their doctor if necessary.
- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding are advised not to use PuraNox.
- PuraNox should not be used for children under 12 years of age.
