Description:
The Dexcom G4/G5 Platinum Sensor is disposable, water resistant, and sterile. This CGM sensor is used in combination with both the Dexcom G4 Platinum or G5 Mobile line of Dexcom products. The sensor needle on this product, is ultra-thin easy to operate and wear and its nearly painless.
Dexcom G4 Platinum Sensor come in a round design, thereby ensuring flexibility and comfort. Dexcom G4/G5 platinum sensors come with an applicator, a sensor pod and sensor wire. The applicator has to be taken out after insertion.. The pod is made of a plastic, adhesive patch. The sensor wire is suitably thin and malleable and goes in just under your skin.
Usage Instructions
These sensors are designed to work exclusively with the Dexcom G4 Platinum Continuous Glucose Monitoring System and the Dexcom G5 Continuous Glucose Monitoring System. It provides and better detection for glucose range.
