Usage directions
To fill with air, unscrew metal valve half way by turning in an anticlockwise direction and inflate using either mouth or air pump. Once desired firmness is achieved, close by turning metal valve in a clockwise direction until tight. To deflate, simply reverse process to allow air to escape
