Overview:
Hypafix dressing retention tape is a self-adhesive, non-woven fabric tape for secure and rapid wound dressing. Hypafix, is designed to provide full coverage of dressings, thereby, lowering the chances of contamination.
Also allows for secure fixation of instruments, probes, and catheters.
It is hypoallergenic, extremely flexible & conformable. This ensures ease of application around joints & body contours and allows for more freedom of movement.
This tape is also air and moisture permeable, which helps lower the risk of drenching.
Finally, Hypafix is radiotransparent, which means it does not need to be removed during radiotherapy or x-ray examinations.
The tape is easily cut to required shape to suit patients treatment and is easy to use.
