Direction for use

  • Hayfever /Rhinitis- Adults & Children over 12 years: 1 to 2 sprays into each nostril, 2 or 3 times daily.
    Common cold-Adults & Children over 12 years: 2 sprays into each nostril 3 or 4 times daily, for up to 4 days.
