Get a high dose of calcium, vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 (K vitamins play an important role in blood clotting, heart health & bone health). Bioglan strong bones 2-a-day tablets offer a high amount of Calcium with Vitamin D3 and double protected, microencapsulated K2, which supports calcium absorption into the bones.
Supplementation can be of benefit to those following a diet which may be low in calcium such as dairy free diet or a vegan.

Ingredients
Each Film Coated Tablet Contains:
Calcium (as Calcium Carbonate) 500 mg, Calcium (as calcium phosphate) 150 mg, Total elemental calcium 650 mg, Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 12.5 micrograms (500 IU), Menaquinone 7 (Vitamin K2) 20 micrograms.
Directions
Adults: Take 2 tablets daily with food.
Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing. Store below 25°C.
