Citracal+D with calcium, helps to maintain healthy bones and helps to decrease bone breakdown while stabilising bone mass. This Citracal product contains vitamin D3 which assists in the absorption of calcium to maintain healthy bone formation and reduce bone breakdown.
Citracal +D can be taken anytime with or without food. Calcium is an essential mineral that is required to maintain healthy bones throughout life. Calcium requirements increase in women after menopause.
Usage directions:
Adults take 1 – 2 tablets daily. May be taken with or without food.

Calcium citrate 1.5g (equiv. elemental calcium 315mg) Vitamin D3 500 IU (cholecalciferol 12.5mcg)
