Spatone is a naturally occurring, iron-rich water from the mountains of Snowdonia, Wales. Iron is known to help support energy levels & a healthy immune system. Can be taken straight from the sachet or diluted with a juice high in vitamin C to increase iron absorption. For optimum results it is best consumed on an empty stomach.

Usage directions
