Organic Golden Linseeds, also known as flaxseeds, have a mild nutty flavour and are a natural source of essential fatty acids including omega-3 and omega-6. They are golden in colour and a delightful addition to recipes.

Usage Directions:
One way to use these is to soak the golden linseed first, then put one heaped dessert spoonful of seeds into a glass, cover with water and leave overnight. Add the swollen seeds and water to a drink such as fruit juice or a smoothie, or to your cereal or yogurt, or drink it on its own. You can also just sprinkle on your cereal or pop in a salad.
