DURO-TUSS PE Dry Cough Liquid + Nasal Decongestant has a double action formula that helps stop the urge to cough and relieves a blocked or runny nose. Duro-tuss has a cough suppressant, it helps coat the throat and soothe it. It also helps clear the nose and stops it from running.
Directions for Use
Adults and children over 12 years: 10-15mL (every 6 hours as required (maximum 4 times a day).
Children 6-12 years : 5-10mL (every 6 hours as required (maximum 4 times per day).
Use in children 6-12 years of age only on the advice of a doctor, pharmacist or nurse practitioner.
Children under 6 years do not use.
Store below 30°C
Ingredients
Each 15mL of oral liquid contains Pholcodine 15mg & Phenylephrine hydrochloride 10mg.
Warnings
Always read the label. Use only as directed. Do not use this mediation in children under 6 years. This medication contains 14.7g sorbitol per 60mL (maximum recommended daily dose). Products containing sorbitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea. This medication may cause drowsiness, if affected do not drive or operate machinery. Avoid alcohol. This medication may cause sleeplessness if taken up to several hours before going to bed. Keep out of reach of children.
