Price Match Policy

At Mail Order Pharmacy, we’re committed to offering our customers the best value on all prescription and over-the-counter products. If you find a lower price on an identical item at an eligible competitor, we’ll gladly match it. T&Cs apply.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for our Price Match Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be identical

• The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at both our store and the competitor’s store.

• The competitor must be an Australian registered pharmacy with a physical or online store (excluding marketplaces like eBay, Amazon, or third-party sellers).

• The lower price must be publicly advertised and verifiable at the time of the price match request.

Exclusions

Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

• Prescription medicines with PBS pricing or government-regulated items.

• Products that are on clearance, part of bundled offers, flash sales, loyalty rewards, or limited-time promotions.

• Shipping, delivery, or handling fees.

• Overseas or grey market retailers not based in Australia.

• Pricing errors or misprints.

How to Request a Price Match

To request a price match:

1. Contact our team using “Price Match” button on the product page.
   

Once verified, we’ll match the competitor’s price and send you a coupon email to place your order. Coupons are single-use and may be product-limited.
